Both on-site and telehealth visits available based on the availability of the providers.

 

After Hours Services

A provider is on-call after hours, on weekends and during holidays. For urgent after hours needs, call (906) 483-1000. 

In an emergency, go to your local emergency department or dial 9-1-1.

Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center (UGL) is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility.
