In-Person/Face-to-Face Visits

Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center wants everyone to get healthy and stay healthy! While some types of appointments can be conducted using virtual telehealth visits, other types of appointments that address conditions such as asthma, COPD, injuries, vaccinations, lab draws, physical examinations and ear or skin infections, need to be done in person.

Patients who present for appointments are served in a manner that protects other patients and staff. Individuals who may be exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms are identified in advance and are triaged for care accordingly. Exam rooms are cleaned in between patient appointments and the health centers are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected overnight.

Please contact your local health center if you have questions or would like to schedule an in-person appointment.
