Covid-19 Vaccines, Boosters & Tests

Vaccines are available to people 6 months of age and up. Learn about current CDC vaccine and booster recommendations.

To schedule a COVID-19 vaccine, booster shot or test:

Current patients: Please call the UGL clinic where you receive care.
New patients: To make an appointment, please call your nearest UGL location. To find the phone number of the location nearest you, go to the Locations tab on the top of this website.
If you’re not a patient but would like to get vaccinated at UGL, please call your nearest UGL location. To find the phone number of the location nearest you, go to the Locations tab on the top of this website.

Covid-19 Treatment Options

If you test positive for COVID-19, we have treatment options readily available, including the oral antiviral medication Paxlovid for eligible patients. Patients should notify their provider right away with a positive result. Many treatments must be started within 5 days of symptom onset.

U.P. Crisis Line
Upper Peninsula will be able to call, text or chat with MiCAL for free behavioral health crisis triage, support, resource information and referral to local services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MiCAL can be reached via phone or text at 844-446-4225. Chat through Michigan.gov/MiCAL.

A provider is on-call after hours, on weekends and during holidays.
