Student Health Services

Houghton Family Health Center and UP Health System – Portage have partnered to provide Michigan Tech’s student health services.  Located right on campus, The University Center offers a complete spectrum of primary care services, physical therapy, pharmacy, labs, x-ray, and sports medicine services.

While walk-in appointments are typically offered for Michigan Tech Students, we are not able to do so at this time. All patients need to call 906-483-1860 for an appointment before presenting at the clinic in order to be screened for symptoms and to ensure everyone’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
