Texting Campaigns

From time to time, Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center will implement a texting campaign to touch base with patients. The campaigns allow patients to interact and respond to questions that may prompt additional follow up telephone calls and/or appointments. All texting campaigns will be generated from telephone number: (906) 257-9677. If you receive a text from this number, it’s legitimate and from us!

Upper Great Lakes Family Health Center (UGL) is a Federally Qualified Health Center and is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility.
UGL receives funding from The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims for itself and its covered individuals.
