Teri Reevs, NP: Delivering Family Medicine and Pediatric Care at UGL’s Gwinn Family Health Center

Upper Great Lakes Family Health is proud to welcome Teri Reevs, NP, to our Gwinn Family Health Center, expanding access to high-quality family medicine and pediatric care for patients in Marquette County and the surrounding region.

A Calumet native, Reevs graduated from Calumet High School before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Michigan University. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. With deep roots in the Upper Peninsula and a passion for serving rural communities, she brings experience, compassion, and strong clinical skills to her new role at UGL.

“I’m honored to join UGL and serve families in this community,” said Reevs. “As a Federally Qualified Health Center, UGL prioritizes access to care, and that was one of the main reasons I felt called to work here.”

At UGL, Reevs provides a full range of family medicine and pediatric services, including:

  • Well-child visits

  • Acute and chronic care for children

  • Comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages

  • Health education and preventive care

When she’s not caring for patients, Reevs enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children—finding something fun to do in every season. She also enjoys crafting, gardening, cooking, and tending to her chickens.
