Shannon is an outstanding team member at our Hancock Family Practice clinic who consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to supporting her colleagues and contributing to the success of our clinic. She proactively seeks out additional projects when workflow allows and has generously volunteered her time to assist with special projects and provide phone coverage during clinic closures. Her dedication, flexibility, and willingness to help wherever needed make her an invaluable asset to our team. 

Since joining Hancock Family Practice, Shannon has integrated seamlessly with staff across the clinic, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Shannon’s kindness, calm demeanor in challenging situations, efficiency, and strong spirit of teamwork have made a significant positive impact on both our team and the clinic as a whole.
