Upper Great Lakes Family Health is pleased to welcome Jennifer Erickson, LMSW-C, to our school-based healthcare team at Copper Island Academy, where she provides behavioral health services to students.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a minor in Psychology from Central Michigan University before completing her Master of Social Work degree at Northern Michigan University.

In her role, Jennifer focuses on building meaningful connections with students and helping them access the support they need to thrive. Her addition to the team further strengthens UGL’s commitment to providing accessible, compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health services close to home.

“I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and struggles while also advocating on their behalf,” Jennifer shared.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys learning new things, spending time outdoors, visiting the beach, and exploring nature.
