At the Calumet Family Health Center, Physician Assistant Brianna Rahn and Nurse Practitioner Jenni Huls provide comprehensive primary care with a strong emphasis on preventive services and long-term patient relationships. Rahn focuses on whole-person care, considering the physical, mental, and social factors that influence health. Huls has clinical interests in women’s health, chronic pain management, mental health care, and substance use treatment, and is especially passionate about supporting individuals with substance use disorders through compassionate, personalized care. At the Houghton Family Health Center, Physician Assistant Zach Roloff provides adult primary care focused on prevention and long-term wellness.
